- 25 Minutes Of Focused Work
- Take a 5 Minute Break
(I do some bodyweight exercises, yoga stretches, or just dance around to a song – basically get my body moving) - Take A Sip Of Water
(Hydration is everything!) - Repeat For My Working Day
