Negative Thoughts with Positive Results

How can you make your negative thoughts work for you?

Imagine knowing that your inner monologue or negative thoughts can work with you, motivate you, and give you that extra fire to achieve things that you never thought possible.

Unfortunately, those negative thoughts often hijack you, making you lose confidence in yourself, what you’re doing, and maybe even to the point of complete debilitation!

I’m someone who has lived my life with an underlining belief that ‘I’m not good enough’. Now without turning this into a therapy session, I’ve learnt over the past couple of decades or so, that holding that inherently negative belief, and all the thoughts surrounding it, has worked in my favour (even when it felt incredibly painful!)  in carving out a career. 

More recently I’ve learnt to actively USE those horrible words to work in my favour when I choose and push my abilities, opportunities and career.

Instead of your negative thoughts being your downfall, there is a way to harness them to your advantage.
