For anyone wanting to pivot into remote recording, here are the first steps I would take before anything else:
🚀 Get a killer portfolio!
No one is going to hire you if you can’t show what you can do for their music, so record an AWESOME portfolio (2-4 songs is fine) which showcases you, your playing and your studio’s sound in the best way you possibly can (the quality will go up the more you do it, so you can always be updating your portfolio).
